The price of the EPC will depend on a number of factors; such as the time it takes to do the survey, number of extensions and size of the property, and travel distance to the site. A ground or mid floor flat will cost £70, A fairly standard traditional property will be £80. The cost for a property with several extensions could increase to £150, but I aim to remain as competitive as possible, whilst offering a professional service. For an accurate EPC then the appropriate time onsite is required to do the job properly.
